General Recommendations
- Detoxification - When working to regain or maintain health we find that detoxification of the body to be of primary importance. Our Detoxification Programs page offers numerous choices. Generally we recommend doing the BodyPure Program and then adding any of the additional support such as Liver/Gall Bladder Cleanses or specific homeopathic support for specific organs.
- Hormones and Neurotransmitter - In addition to detoxification we find balancing hormones and brain neurotransmitters to have some of the most profound impacts on health and well being.
